How to Fill : UPSSSC UP Lekhpal Recruitment Online Form 2026

• Online आवेदन के 2 तरीके हैं – दोनों के लिए पहले PET 2025 Registration Number होना जरूरी है।
• First Method (Personal Details Login) : Candidate को PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile और Category भरकर login करना होगा।
• Second Method (OTP Login) : Candidate को PET 2025 Registration Number और OTP/password के माध्यम से login करना होगा (OTP registered mobile पर आएगी)।
• Login करने के बाद candidate की पूरी जानकारी, फोटो और signature पहले से दिखेंगे; उम्मीदवार को केवल Lekhpal post से जुड़ी जानकारी भरकर ₹25/- का mains exam fee payment करना होगा।
• Form भरने से पहले eligibility, ID proof, address details और basic details को check और collect कर लें।
• Photo, signature और ID proof आदि scanned documents तैयार रखें (prescribed size और format में)।
• Online form submit करने से पहले preview में सभी entries ध्यान से verify करें, फिर ही final submit करें।
• Final submitted application form का print‑out अपने पास भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रखें।
