- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and have completed or currently pursuing 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and have completed or are currently pursuing 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education approved by NCTE
- OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and either completed or currently pursuing 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
- OR Graduation and have either completed or are currently pursuing 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
